My sparkmaker prints demo prints from sparkmaker's website just fine. But when I go to print from my own stl, sliced with ChiTuBox V1.4.0 the print plate goes to the bottom, does one exposure, then moves up the, "lift distance" (5mm), but then doesn't go back down. It will then expose again (with the plate 5mm up), then move another 5mm up, and repeats until the plate's way up and I have to abort it.
Anybody have any idea what's wrong?

Were you ever able to solve your problem? I'm brand new to this, just received my SparkMaker FHD as a gift. I can print the sample file fine but can't seem to print any other file. It performs the exact sequence you describe - the plate lowers into the vat once, then raises to its maximum height and stays there until I abort the print. I have tried several different files using Chitubox to slice, with no luck. Will try to look at the gcode of one of my files but still not sure how to fix it.

Hey cabyrd welcome to our forum. Great you joined your community Make sure your are using the correct slicing profile (SparkMaker FHD). Also make sure your sliced file is of type .FHD and your file MUST have following name: print.fhd Maybe you already tried this, but these are the most common problems and make sense if the sample file is working.
