hello,everyone,I find some FHD users have some problems in using the new FHD.So I list some matters needing attention here may can help you.
1.The FHD with old firmware needs to be inserted into the SD card, that is, after the light blue light turns green,before the platform can be raised or lifted through the knob.You need update the firmware and then you can control the platform to move even without inserting SD card.
2.Old SparkStudio cant be used in FHD,you need install the new software
3.The print.wow in the official website cant be use in FHD,you need install the new software and choose the SparkMaker FHD to slice the model and save the file as print.fhd.And there is a test print file in the zip you can used in FHD (Do not be stupid to rename the print.wow to print.fhd,it doesn't work)
4.Please read the operation guide carefully and misoperation will damage the machine
5.There is a setting Excel file in the zip,you can check that and use the settings for official resin.If you use 3rd resin,you need adjust settings by yourself.

FAQ/Problems
This post only for SparkMaker FHD users！
These steps just for those who don't know how to slice and save right print file for SparkMaker FHD.
Please use the right settings for right resin,if you use the 3rd resin,you need adjust the settings by yourself.
Because the power of the backlight is different between the SparkMaker FHD and the SparkMaker, so the print settings are different,you cant use the same one.
And for these green hands who dont know how to add suitable supports for models,here are some models with supports already,and you just need download it ,slice it on right settings and export it as print.fhd on the SD card to print.（There is no need to zoom in or out of the models, and there is no need to worry about exceeding the print size）Note that sufficient resin is provided in the resin tank.
